It has been a wacky summer so far for the flowers. We started seeds in the basement months ago. Then, after the danger of the first frost, they went into the ground.
I've been riding the struggle bus since we put them in the ground. Every morning I walk the yard to check on their overnight growth and give them all a little pep talk.
Be patient, grasshopper!
It is the last day of June, and I am jsut now getting to make the arrangements. Now that we are home from all of our adventures, I hope to give them a little more encouragement and lots of love. There is still time, just keeping my fingers crossed in case.
Don't you just love the vases? They are actually EVOO bottles that Emmy saves for me from Wicked Kitchen.
