 We still have flowers blooming!

 It baffles my mind that we still have flowers in the yard.  We have had one frost but they just keep going.

Now that I know a little more info about dahlias I plan to make them a showcase.

They are so pretty.  They almost don't look real.

I didn't know that this was what the center of a dahlia looks like.

Love the peach color.

The most interesting bud in the arrangement.  It is a Safflower.

Ellis is taking a photography class this year and has his one class at the high school. It just happens to be photography. This was his first assignment microphotography. I think you nailed it! I'd better up my game!

I took a walk around the yard the last few days and these are the blooms that I found. This is milkweed.

I love the purple blossoms of the Liriope.

Purple clematis and if you look really close you'll see a purple morning glory that I don't know how it got there.
