Just A Little Afternoon Project

A table full of flowers.  Best looking flowers around...Beechmont Lowe's.  3 for $10!  But what to put them in.  Oh, don't worry  Master Gardener Mark is on the job.

We have looked everywhere for old whiskey barrels.  The real ones.  Finally found them at Lowe's on Beechmont.  Man do they ever small.  The pollinators might get a little bit of a buzz.

Four raised beds equal four barrels...to bring more bees into the yard close to the veggies so they can do their thing.

Shasta daisies, SunSwirl coreopsis, May Night Salvia, Rudbeckia

Then Mark disappeared.

And reappeared with cedar mulch to top off each barrel.

I love them.  Can't wait until they are full of flowers.  Come on bees...do your thing.
