Over The Last Few Glorious Days

. Thursday, May 17, 2012 .
The blanket flowers are busting out all over the place.

A little annual planting.

The bell clematis has never gotten this tall.

The foxgloves are a big hit with the hummingbirds this year.

This is a volunteer flowers that I have no idea where it came from.  There are actually two.

Told you the blanket flowers were going crazy.

Mark finally gave in and got me a wisteria for the hammock pergola.  I can not even tell you how long I have wanted one of these beautiful plants.

We have no idea where these babies came from either.  I think maybe they are a gift from Papaw.

I figured this sedum would grow just about anywhere....and looks like I am right.

I love my neighbors.  They are the best.  And you know that they must know me pretty well to give me a pair of their old boots.

Betsy gave me a little spring of oak leaf hydrangea a few years ago.  This is the first year that it has bloomed.  The kids are under death threat not to touch it.
