This garden is something else. Mark says that this year's garden has really outdone last year's garden. I think that they both have done better than I ever dreamed they would. We still have a lot to learn, more beds to build according to Murph, and different veggies to try and it is always an adventure. One day last week were had a revolving door of friends picking up veggies.
The beans are growing up the tee-pee.
Look at all of that winter squash.
Oh, Murph, the hot ones are about ready for you.
My first ear of 'fancy' corn to be used in Preschool.
One of my favorite peppers, bishop's crown.
And the squash is almost getting the climbing idea.
Can a Pattypan and a zucchini cross-pollinate and make a 'zucchini pan'?
I call them red hot fingers.
A first for me...roasted tomatillo salsa verde. Little too spicy for me but Mark likes it.
I made jumbo garlic dill whole pickles in my kraut crock. Man are they garlic strong.
Veggies are all over the place. I had to get a peach basket to carry them all in.
And a few days later got this bunch.
