The Four Sisters are growing great. The gourd climbers are finally taking off. Our weather here has been a little nut. Soooo HOT! But the good thing about that is the plants love it as long as they have enough water. I am always talking to them. As a matter of fact. I was talking to the plants in the Native Perrinials Garden AKA The City Park and Mr. Renee next door was working in her garden. She popped her head over the fence and wanted to know if I was talking to her!
Here is a good shot of the Four Sisters. Some kind of squash in the front, then some corn with a beanstalk climbing up the corn stalk. If you look really close you can pick out the sunflowers in the middle. So far so good. I so want this to work out.
The gourds are filling in at the base of the teepee. Please start to climb you sweet little vines!
