On the way to the bus stop we saw five deer and daffodils all over the front yard. Ahhh...Spring it is good to see you.
My fingers are beginning to itch! Got some veggies for the garden and herbs for the girls the other day. I'm more than ready to get into the dirt. If it would just stop raining.

More Proof Spring Is Coming
Got my precious saved seeds out yesterday and dreamed of biting into one of Andy's heirloom tomatoes. And then there were Rue's yellow cherry heirlooms. And I found my 'twin's', Mike Meadows, chocolate cherry tomato seeds. Okay, I as so ready to get this party started.
I really have nowhere to start seeds except two window frame ledges in the kitchen. Kcups will be their first home. Wish me luck!
I did trudge thru the swamp river in the backyard and looked at the raised beds. Looks what I found...garlic!

Tulips in the snow. I think they might be just a little early.
Snowdrops always are a clue Spring is just around the corner.
We have started the big yard clean-up and look what I found under all the leaves we didn't get cleaned up last year...Naked Ladies! In a few days they will be as green as the grass as soon as they soak up some of that sunshine.
There might even be some daffodils in the mix too.
The backyard is waking up too.
